This website provides information about our lawn care and landscaping services and easy ways to contact us (phone, text, and WhatsApp). The website itself does not process payments, create accounts, or form service contracts.

2. Estimates and services

  • All prices shown on this website (including typical mowing ranges) are general guidance only. Your actual price is set in the estimate we give you for your specific property.
  • An estimate becomes an agreement only when both you and we confirm it (by phone, text, WhatsApp, or in writing).
  • Outdoor work depends on the weather. Service dates may shift due to rain, storms, or unsafe conditions — we will keep you posted and get to you as soon as conditions allow.

3. Payment

We invoice for completed work by email. Invoices are payable by the due date shown on the invoice, by check payable to "Frankie's Lawn Care LLC" or by electronic payment (bank transfer, credit or debit card) through the payment options included with the invoice.

4. Using this site

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to interfere with its operation, scraping it for bulk data, or using it for unlawful purposes.

5. Intellectual property

The Frankie's Lawn Care name, logo (the five trees), tagline "Green. Clean. On time.", photos, and site content are the property of Frankie's Lawn Care LLC. You may not reproduce them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

6. Third-party links and services

Contacting us through WhatsApp uses a third-party service operated by Meta Platforms, Inc., subject to its own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for third-party services.
